To oversee inspection and testing of projects to ensure quality deliverables.
Providing clients with better assistance and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Expected to take courtesy calls, keeping check-in balance or records, and to make appointments with clients via calls or emails.
To validate and monitor the effectiveness of proposals, emails and calls.
To ensure that response to all leads is consistent and meets the standard.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability in the core selling components of the business.
Excellent speaking abilities.
Understanding of service-based selling processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
2-3 years of relevant experience
The candidates should be from the tech industry.

Responsible for acquiring a thorough understanding of customer’s needs through requirement gathering activities whilst collaborating with the client and internal team.
Document requirements, define scope and formulate system parallel to overall business strategies.
Conduct meetings and guide conversations with differing opinions, and communicate clearly and effectively with all the stakeholders.
Conduct requirements and designs analysis with the team to validate solution accuracy and efficiency.
Be able to operate across multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks in parallel.
Proactively answer questions, provide details and address issues among the internal team and all the stakeholders.
Independently perform functional and non-functional testing and providing walkthroughs to the clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering or relevant field will be preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience of working as an IT Business Analys
Well versed with Documentation (Functional Hierarchy, Scope of Work, User Stories, Business Requirements Document and Software Requirements Specification).
Knows how to construct workflow processes and diagrams using Visio or other relevant tools
Must have experience in converting functional flow into wireframes using Balsamiq or other relevant tools
Exceptional analytical and conceptualization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest in building relationships with all stakeholders
Hands on experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Project Management tools (Jira, Asana or other relevant tools)
Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment leveraging continuous deliveries
