Job Description:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends
- Generating new leads and opportunities through targeted outreach efforts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
- Developing and presenting proposals to potential clients that showcase our IT staff augmentation services
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Attending industry events and networking to build brand awareness and develop new business relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum 6 months experience.
- Knowledge of Staff Augmentation/Staffing sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with Hubspot.
- Product knowledge of IT Staff Augmentation Services.
