The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects in various online platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc. This individual will be responsible for researching, preparing, and submitting compelling proposals to prospective clients.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully securing projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms. This person should be an excellent communicator, have strong analytical skills, and possess a deep understanding of the online bidding process. Responsibilities

Research and identify suitable projects and clients on various online bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit professional and compelling project proposals.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the team to gather necessary information for proposals.
Maintain and update the online bidding platform profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Track and analyze bidding activities and results to optimize bidding strategies.
Attend online meetings with clients as required.
Provide regular reports on bidding activities, results, and revenue generated.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
