Responsible for developing and executing global promotional and incentive strategies and product launches. Your responsibilities will also include defining strong consumer narratives to perm and contract job seekers, shaping product roadmaps across the SkillGigs product teams, developing product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product adoption of new customer-facing features.In addition, you will work side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Marketing teams to develop groundbreaking products, programs, and marketing experiences that deepen our relationship with Talent and Employers globally.What You'll Do
- Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally. Focus areas will include product strategy and innovation, product adoption, and internal and external narratives.
- Spearhead go-to-market launch campaigns across key channels and measure results.
- Partner closely with data science, product, and regional marketing teams to build out roadmaps and campaigns that drive growth for SkillGigs.
- Connect the dots across channels like push notifications, in-app messaging surfaces, incentives, and core products to increase usage and retention of our consumers.
- Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
- Inspire cross-functional partners and marketing peers with a compelling vision to partner on integrated marketing campaigns
