Manager - Inside Sales - WFH (Night Shift)

- We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) team. As an Inside Sales Manager at Skillgigs, you will be responsible for introducing B2B companies to our innovative talent solutions and creating a robust sales pipeline.
- In this role, you will use your expertise in Inside Sales to develop new business opportunities while ensuring our sales organization has enough options to be fully productive. You will work with a team of talented professionals committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
- Managing a team of SDRs to generate new qualified opportunities for our Account owners
- Training and coaching SDR team members to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Developing and implementing creative sales development strategies to hit sales targets
- Ensuring continuous improvement of the SDR team's performance and abilities over time through regular coaching and feedback
- Sourcing sales-accepted opportunities by company targets
- Planning for hiring and onboarding new SDRs as needed
- Working collaboratively with Sales and other members of the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Collaborating with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into a qualified pipeline
- Accurately forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
- Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and methodologies being used in the SDR role and imparting that knowledge to your team members
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Inside Sales or SDR role
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement creative sales development techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing an SDR team and generating a consistent flow of sales leads
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills to motivate and develop team members
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and accurately forecast sales performance
- Knowledge of the latest tools and methodologies being used in the SDR role
- High Energy and a no-nonsense execution mindset
