  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, as well as other stakeholders, to leverage automation and AI in enhancing team efficiency and member experience.
  • Build and maintain strategic roadmaps, recognizing team strengths, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the transition of hosts with PadSplit-ready properties, including the onboarding of existing tenants, overseeing their income verification and background checks, in coordination with hosts and General Managers (GMs).

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in sales management or customer acquisition, bonus points if it's in the housing or hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and rally a team around common goals.
  • Experience in working in a remote environment in a startup that is growing and scaling.
  • Exceptional communication, nonverbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Direct experience managing an international or offshore team of people.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in setting up efficient processes and strategies.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and AI, with a knack for innovative problem-solving.
  • Ability to move in a face paced environment and comfortable with experimentation (launch, iterate, learn).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including product and engineering teams and third parties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with key stakeholders at PadSplit for two (2) hours.
  • The panel interview will require a candidate to work on an assessment where you will showcase your acquisition perspective to the panel for discussion.
