Summary

As the Infrastructure/ Dev Ops Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and telemetry tools.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years working with public cloud services (AWS experience required)
  • Familiarity of the software development lifecycle, including Agile, high-level testing methodology, continuous integration pipelines, and deployment scenarios (blue/green, red/black, canary, etc)
  • Experience maintaining highly resilient and secure software deployments
  • Application of Configuration as Code principles, including GitOps
  • Expertise troubleshooting complex distributed systems
  • Adept utilization of Git
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, Drone
  • Familiarity of TCP/IP networking
  • Docker

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience utilizing telemetry systems such as Prometheus, Graylog, and Graphana
  • Experience writing RESTful api utilities and self-serve tooling
  • Experience managing Kafka/Zookeeper
  • Linux performance monitoring & improvement
  • Application of CI/CD in a data-centric environment
  • Application of information security principles (DevSecOps)
