The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Innowatts’ marketing strategy in order to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, driving demand generation and has a deep understanding of marketing trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the demand generation initiatives
- Develop and implement Innowatts’ marketing strategy, including digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and event marketing
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive maximum ROI
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop marketing campaigns and materials that support sales objectives and communicate the value of Innowatts’ products and services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the energy industry, including market trends and competitive landscape
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data to inform decision-making and optimize future efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including vendors and industry associations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience in the energy industry a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
