We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Quality Associate to join our team. The Sales Quality Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our sales interactions. This individual will be responsible for evaluating sales interactions, providing constructive feedback to agents and supervisors, monitoring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Sales Quality Associate will work closely with sales teams and leadership to drive sales performance and uphold company standards.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Evaluate sales interactions to ensure adherence to our sales consultation process and company policies.
  • Provide detailed feedback to agents on their interactions, focusing on areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Identify and communicate compliance issues related to important company policies.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for leaders to enhance the performance of their teams.
  • Monitor agent and team behavior trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify, document, and raise agent behavior escalations to leadership.
  • Facilitate calibrations with peers and leadership to ensure alignment on sales process and coaching practices.
  • Stay current with all sales processes, systems, products, policies and general knowledge by attending all provided training, reviewing all agent resources and materials.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Previous experience in a sales or sales quality role required.
  • A clear understanding of what vital behaviors drive sales performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of diplomacy.
  • High degree of organization, detail-oriented and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate and deliver feedback effectively.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt rapidly to change.

The target compensation range for this position is $20.00 hourly. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
