As the Manager of the Adobe Launch Platform, you will lead a team responsible for analytics and digital marketing tracking solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing the Adobe Launch Platform to enhance the customers user experience.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of two resources.
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

Adobe Launch Implementation:

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of analytics and digital marketing tracking solutions using Adobe Launch.
Collaborate with your team to configure and customize Adobe Launch for Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Floodlight Pixels, and other relevant platforms.

Tag Management and Data Layer:

Manage tag management systems to seamlessly integrate analytics tracking into digital assets.
Regularly scan the site for inconsistencies using tools like Observepoint or manual debugging via browser extensions.

Documentation and Training:

Maintain official SDR documentation of tracking implementations, configurations, and changes.
Train internal teams, including your offshore resources, on proper usage and understanding of analytics data.

Collaboration and Business Alignment:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of analytics tracking into digital assets.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

5+ years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent work experience using Adobe Launch.
Proven experience in implementing analytics tracking solutions, with a focus on Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
Strong understanding of web analytics concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The target compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
