The position is responsible for executing our recruitment strategy and managing initial onboarding for our affiliate program, including relations with affiliates, networks, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the industry landscape, and the ability to effectively recruit and manage a multi-brand affiliate program. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our affiliate and influencer program, onboarding new affiliates, and building valuable business partnerships.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving volume

  • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for new affiliates

  • Keep up to date on Affiliate Industry trends and developments

  • Effectively coordinate with other team members and departments

  • Utilize sales CRM tools to manage and communicate with recruitment leads.

  • Utilize data-driven insights by leveraging tools such as Konnecto, SEMRush, and Similar Web to perform gap analysis and identify new opportunities.

  • Attend and represent the company at industry events to connect with potential affiliates/influencers and establish relationships with potential new affiliates.

  • Proactively seek out new and top-level recruitment opportunities in the market.

  • Work cross-team to build out and expand our social influencers program, finding new influencers to bring on board.

  • Manage complete onboarding flow for recruited affiliates via Impact Radius.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Minimum 3+ years of affiliate management or affiliate recruitment experience

  • Proven, measurable results in developing and growing an internal affiliate channel/program

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and grow relationships

  • Knowledge and understanding of affiliate tracking methods, tagging, and sale attribution

  • Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time

  • Must possess strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry

  • A proven negotiator who can build strong partnerships

  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to understand numbers and trends and develop action plans

  • The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously over a variety of mediums

  • The willingness to embrace and understand new concepts

  • Understanding and knowledge of additional online marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, media buys, etc.) to be able to assist and guide affiliates

The target compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $68,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
