Do you LOVE Sales & Technology? You may LOVE our Sales Development Representative position, which would be an outbound sales advisor role. You would be the first impression to our potential customers, introducing them to our family of growth brands (Web.com, Bluehost.com) and consulting with them on how we can help them to strengthen their online presence and set them up for success.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Utilize customer discovery skills and product knowledge to set customers up for success

  • You will call our current customer base with the goal of consulting toward our Professional Services Product Suite (Design and Marketing solutions)

  • Manage an ongoing pipeline, assist in closing new business, and consistently meet/exceed quotas for passing qualified leads to our Account Executives

  • Effectively educate customers on the benefits of premium design and online marketing

  • Partner with colleagues to find creative new ways to drive performance and make positive impacts for our customers

  • You’ll receive on the job training with the goal of being promoted to a Small Business Consultant (Pro Services) within 90-180 days

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • You have 1-3 years of sales experience where you consistently meeting/exceeding performance metrics

  • You are competitive and thrive within a fast-paced sales environment, motivating yourself and peers to strive for the Win!

  • You are a self-starter, have a strong business acumen allowing you to think quickly and creatively on your feet to solve customer needs

  • You like to work hard, have fun, laugh and be a part of a winning team!

  • You have aspirations of moving into an Account Executive Role within 90-180 days (Small Business Consulting - Pro Services)

The target compensation range for this position is $15 - $20/hourly (plus commission). Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
