This role:

We're looking for our next generation of Financial Technology Advisor / Enterprise Financial Technology Advisor Representatives to play a pivotal role within our fast growing Fintech organization.

You will be responsible for curating an event to enhance the experience for the prospects, generating leads, managing event, account research, lead generation activities and gain a high level understanding of industries, applicable use cases and effective messaging. Your responsibility is to deliver the messaging by using cold call, video prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect prospective clients to HighRadius offerings. The objective is to do this in a way that creates value and ensures a superior prospect experience and sets the stage for effective discovery calls and future sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Before event
  1. Finding/Organising the events specific for our domain.
  2. Preparation of budget with respect to the campaign, package, speaker, booth location.
  3. Ready to communicate across channels such as procurement and legal
  4. Curating a proper event experience for the prospects and internal folks who'll be attending from HRC.
  5. Preparing budget & executing the soft cost like Booking hotels, coordinating with the booth construction company,graphics,gift away)
  6. Co-ordinate pre-event outreach and brief Content team over the same.
  7. Speaker & Content Management (internal & external)
  • During event
  1. Manage presentation delivery-Logistics and prep onsite for any presentations including workshops, keynotes, speaker co-ordination, presentation updates, AV requirements, last minute changes to content
  2. Manage on-site team and plans-Logistics and management of on-site team including briefings, daily plans etc.
  3. Should be outgoing enough in order to bring traffic to the booth during the event and qualifying leads.
  4. Give a proper demo of our products.
  • After Event
  1. Prepare the excel of the leads collected.
  2. Brief ABM Inbound team.
  3. Brief the Account Executive and arrange a follow up call.
  4. Monitor Results in SFDC.
  5. Event Evaluation & Recommendations
  6. Close budget

Requirements:

Enterprise Financial Technology Advisor:

  • 2- 5 YOE for Enterprise Financial Technology Advisor.
  • Ability to do basic account and contact research.
  • Blue belt demo of HighRadius products when speaking with prospects/customers.
  • Based on the business requirements, need to travel once/ twice every month.
  • Cold call event attendees (prospects) to book meetings, drive booth audience and do post event follow-ups (Optional)
  • Email/message event attendees (prospects) to book meetings,do post event follow-ups
  • Manage event logistics and collaborate with sales teams to drive event strategy execution.

Note: Multilingual profiles preferred (French, German) and English is mandate

Financial Technology Advisor :

  • 0 - 2 YOE for Enterprise Financial Technology Advisor.
  • Cold call event attendees (prospects) to book meetings and do post event follow-ups.
  • Email/message event attendees (prospects) to book meetings,do post event follow-ups
  • In 9 - 12 months there will be a definitive career progression. ( Transforming to a BD / Sales/ Marketing event co-ordinator)
