As a Product Manager at Corva, you will be responsible for working with a development team on creating fit-to-purpose products for our customers. You will be responsible for interviewing customers, guiding our subject matter experts, building user stories, wireframes, and managing the product from start to completion. This position is perfect for someone who asks all the right questions and can guide an agile team of developers to continuously and effectively iterate on products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage product lifecycle day-to-day
- Create ideas that improve the life of the user
- Guide new feature development with software team
- Interview customers and subject matter experts
- Develop user stories and personas
- Wireframe new product workflows
- Prepare written reports regarding status and progress
- Organize reviews with management Other duties as required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working in agile software development teams
- Ability to ask the right questions and turn the answers into software solutions
- Ability to gather and evaluate all sources of information available to make the best decisions (Data, Opinions & Science)
- Ability to lead diverse team of experts in their respective fields to reach a common goal
- Flexibility and adaptability to change course when new information presents itself
- Steadiness to see challenging projects through to customer adoption
- Skilled at evaluating interfaces and user flows for optimal customer experience
- Vision to look ahead and see coming roadblocks and chart path through or around them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to present effectively to groups of people
