Role Summary

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role by adeptly navigating personal and business challenges that interfere with maximum productivity. Your primary focus will be on fostering collaboration, excelling in administrative and executive assistant tasks, streamlining communication, and overseeing correspondence. Acting as a trusted liaison, you will facilitate seamless coordination between the CEO and stakeholders, surpassing organizational goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage communication flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Draft and format communications for the CEO
  • Manage CEO's schedule for maximum productivity
  • Facilitate strategic meetings and prepare relevant materials. Act as a liaison for meeting attendees
  • Provide CEO with cross-functional perspective to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Plan and organize corporate events such as client dinners, luncheons and other
  • Oversee and manage corporate business events
  • Write and distribute professional emails and correspondence, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
  • Maintain CEO's contact lists and handle requests from senior management and clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 4+ years of work experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, with increasing responsibility
  • Experience working with and for Senior Executives
  • Knowledge of/ experience in the Digital Space
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, including tracking of tasks and deliverables for ongoing efforts.
