Responsibilities;
• Create/assist/troubleshoot the development of test automation framework, standards, procedures, processes, and best practices as related to test automation.
• Manage the daily/weekly activities of the test automation team members.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers.
• Contribute to program/project review meetings. Support test management in determining status, assessing problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, rework, and re-plan activities.
• Maintain and guide test automation and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements.
• Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during system development life cycles.
• Support in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the automation test team.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT services, IT solution functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions.
• Work within quality assurance frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Take responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities.
• Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution.
• Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
• Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives.
• Empowered to make decisions and recommend approach based on the results from quality reviews.
• Develop and manage automation frameworks using Mobile (iOS/Android) and API automation tools
• Define and explore test techniques and test tools to support team to achieve best quality of product
• Work with cross-functional working environment, participating in requirement analysis and product design, apply continuous integration/deployment process
• Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team
Qualifications:
• Expertise in creating test automation frameworks with Cucumber or Selenium (Robot, Python, Java, or C#)
• 8+ years of experience in Agile environment
• Expertise in test automation in CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in API automated testing solutions
• Knowledge of tools and processes for results reporting
• Experienced with Agile and cross-functional team environment
• Experienced with JIRA or any other issues tracking software
• Experienced with designing and implementing automated testing
• Experienced with automation tools such as Espresso, XCUITest, Robot framework, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver
Other Desired Qualifications:
• Experience testing applications in accordance to required non-functional quality attributes (e.g. Availability, Performance)
• Demonstrate communication and presentation skills
• Highly energetic, responsible, organized, self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experienced coding in JAVA is a plus
• Experienced with JMeter is a plus
• Experienced with Mock up service is a plus
• Experienced with XML, JSON, and other markup languages
• Experienced with MongoDB or other no-SQL technologies
