About the Role

The Process Excellence Consultant will be responsible for working with clients across multiple industries to capture & assess their current operations, identify and drive improvement initiatives by applying a variety of methodologies to optimise processes. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce errors & costs, and enhance customer experience.

About You

Experience of Leading, developing and executing operational and process improvement projects across various clients in a range of different industries
Conduct process analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive efficiency
Utilise Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and other methodologies and coach others in doing so
Work with stakeholders of all levels to identify operational improvement goals, formulate strategies, and uncover opportunities to deliver targets with process improvement initiatives
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to automate using modern automation technology
Identify (using Process & Task mining tools), assess and implement RPA to, improve accuracy, reduce costs and enhance customer experience
Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on Lean, Six Sigma, and RPA methodologies
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives
