Digital Media Manager

Gravity Global seeks a talented Digital Media Manager to support key client relationships. Our ideal candidate will be both a thinker and a doer, with serious in-platform chops combined with an innovative and consultative mindset. You will be responsible for monitoring ongoing performance, helping notice and/or address issues and opportunities as they arise, collaborating on campaign strategy, and reporting performance to clients on a semi-monthly or monthly cadence. This role partners with client services and a team of digital media professionals to provide top-tier service across the agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Immerse yourself to gain a keen understanding of client businesses and marketing objectives.
  • Reviewing assigned paid media accounts across all platforms to monitor ongoing performance.
  • Provide suggestions or recommendations for optimizations, updates, or changes to your accounts.
  • Produce high-quality reports for your team and clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Research ongoing trends with your clients’ industries, paid media space, etc., to stay on top of market changes.
  • Update any accounts with changes as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with your manager on opportunities identified within active and prospective accounts.
  • Interact with client leadership on a regular basis and effectively communicate ongoing media activities.
  • Provide strategic insights, thought leadership and operational excellence to client and agency teams.
  • Meet with media suppliers to evaluate new media opportunities and to maintain good rapport with sales representatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, & LinkedIn Ads in an agency or multiple-client workload environment
  • Willingness to invest in learning more about Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms
  • 2+ years of reporting directly to clients on the performance and outcomes of their campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple clients, each with spends averaging 10-50k+ a month across multiple platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of budgetary and time restrictions
  • Ability to identify trends in the data and report deeper than just the data
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • High level of problem-solving skills to address any issues that might arise within the accounts
  • Interested in the ongoing optimization and refinement of campaign messaging and strategies to elevate performance and meet/exceed client expectations
  • Invested in the ongoing evolving environment of the paid media space, including changes to platforms and state/government regulations
  • Proficiency in media terminology, concepts, media math, calculations, KPI development, and third-party research tools.
