Marketing and New Business Manager

With 14 wholly owned offices across the US, Europe, and APAC, you can develop a truly global career in a rapidly scaling organisation. We are growing fast and are looking for an experienced Marketing and New Business Manager to work alongside our Client Services team based in London.

You will be responsible for ensuring Gravity Global attracts and pursues new business opportunities that operate in our key sectors and are aligned to the agency’s growth strategy. You will work closely with the Management Team to ensure we enter key awards, and work alongside awards teams in production of award entries.

You will keep abreast of industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations internally on what the agency should be looking at to ensure we remain at the forefront of a rapidly changing marketplace. You will consistently deliver the Gravity Global story, by owning credentials, case studies and other external-facing material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing and contributing to new business and Client proposals
  • Assisting our marketing and external / internal presence as required
  • Ensure Gravity Global brand is properly represented to all Clients and suppliers
  • Help practice areas and internal resources (e.g. social media team) with materials required to present the agency
  • Assist award submission team with associated admin including compiling awards entries and managing internal resource to facilitate entries
  • Ensure Gravity Global credentials are fresh, relevant and templated, assisting with production of pre-meeting creds
  • Regularly review the content on our website, ensuring key content / updates are uploaded in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain a list of live prospects and their status in a board report style for inclusion at monthly management meetings
  • Being commercially aware of budget and costings
  • Content creation and case studies for internal / external use, involving other team members as and when appropriate
  • Library management of credentials, case studies and new business material
  • Assisting Head of Client Services with outbound activity (planning, briefing, targeting, follow-up)
  • Driving internal engagement and promoting an inclusive and friendly culture

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Imaginative and ideas-driven
  • 2+ years marketing experience (in-house or agency) – ideally in client services (not compulsory)
  • Driven and not afraid to challenge colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and hardworking ethic
  • Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, deadlines and priorities
  • Team player who can operate effectively under pressure and working to tight deadlines
  • Proven project management skills
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification to degree level or equivalent
