We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented React Engineer Intern to join our development team this summer. Job Summary:

The Frontend Engineer Intern will work closely with experienced developers to build and maintain software applications using React. You will assist in the development of all stages of the project life cycle, from implementation and iteration to design and testing. You will use your experience with React to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and development of new software applications using technologies such as React, Redux, Typescript, and Material UI
Implement, test, and maintain React applications
Collaborate with team members to develop new features and solutions
Update/ upgrade packages and refactor existing codebase
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
Help develop and maintain coding documentation

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong knowledge of React.js and JavaScript Development
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Familiarity with version control, in particular, Git
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Able to work in-office at our headquarters in Downtown Dallas.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python or Ruby
Experience with cloud hosting services such as AWS
Experience with test driven development (TDD) methodologies
