Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity, addressing customer needs.
- Manage an editorial calendar for consistent content flow during campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators, providing guidance to achieve marketing goals.
- Implement content distribution strategy across channels for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor content marketing performance, optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content marketing initiatives into campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities.
- Explore creative methods for content promotion, including influencer partnerships.
- Nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through strategic content to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), optimizing the lead-to-customer conversion process.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in Tech Industry
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing content marketing strategies that have positively impacted brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading a team of content creators.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
