Proven background in managing large and complex engagements.
Managing the entire TA process and driving the teamwork within the defined SLAs.
Manage the Talent acquisition Analytics and dashboard updates.

Ensure adherence to the hiring process set through automation and recruitment tools.
Continuously Interlocking among regions (internal stakeholders, regional managers) and operation's stakeholders to seek process improvement.
Be a strong advocate of the hiring process andrecommend appropriate changes in theprocess.
Driving the automation of hiring activities as a personal project. Work continuously on improvement of automation of hiring process.
Work closely with the Business leaders/Delivery heads to understand resource requirements & the team structure fitment.
Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles.
Strong relationship and consultative skills - with candidates, hiring managers & key business partners, hiring partners with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
