Marketing Coordinator


We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth team. If you are passionate about marketing, have a creative flair, and are ready to contribute your skills to a growing company, we want to hear from you. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to support the company's growth and brand visibility. This individual will work closely and collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales events, marketing campaigns and growth strategies.

  • Event Coordination & Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Social Media: Manage and maintain our social media platforms, creating and curating content, monitoring engagement, and optimizing social media presence. Monitor industry trends and adapt our social media strategy accordingly.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, email campaigns, and multimedia content to engage and inform our audience.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within our target markets and industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and Canva or similar tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related experience.
  • 1-2years of marketing experience, with a focus on event coordination, digital marketing and social media in a B2B enterprise software organization.
  • Must be United States Citizen.

This is a contract-to-hire remote position, but candidates based in the Houston Metro area are preferred.
