We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) who is looking for an opportunity to help HTX Labs drive growth into Commercial markets where the application of our EMPACT Immersive Training Platform will deliver on the promise of elevated training for the workforce.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of our Growth team to execute our go to market plan relative to identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities. You will operate in a fast-paced and growing team with a singular focus on delivering high value to customers who are looking to embrace immersive technology to deliver a more engaging learning experience for their workforce. As a BDR at HTX Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our software sales in the commercial sector.

  • Use sales intelligence software to identify new opportunities and add qualified leads to the sales funnel
  • \n
  • Prospect, follow up and pass qualified leads to BDMs
  • \n
  • Assist BDMs in pursuing qualified opportunities from a proposal support perspective
  • \n
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • \n
  • Identify and develop new strategies to pursue new market opportunities
  • \n
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • \n

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone, email and in person
  • \n
  • Ability to interface and negotiate with potential customers
  • \n
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • \n

Qualifications
\n
    \n
  • Degree from an accredited college in business or related field, or military experience, or equivalent experience
  • \n
  • 2+ years in a B2B lead generation / BDR role
  • \n
  • Experience selling commercial software and related services
  • \n
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and the use of Sales Intelligence tools
  • \n
