SMB Account Executive in Outbound Sales, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team of Consultants who interact with existing and potential customers. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Our team of SMB Account Executives reach out to customers who have inquired about our products or services online or through our support team.
Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.
Understand current gaps in customers online presence strategy through routine discovery.
Receive hundreds of qualified leads every month from inbound lead passes, emails and website inquiries.
Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales quota level
Educate our customers on the benefits of a website, search engine optimization, and pay per click advertising
Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
Partner with the other members of our team and help find creative new ways to drive performance.
Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.

Outbound and “cold calling” experience HIGHLY desired
Driven to achieve above average earnings through demonstrated sales achievement
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
