Manage all aspects of client domain portfolios including account set-up, domain registrations and transfers (both gTLD’s and ccTLD’s), customer information maintenance and reporting.
Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships and high customer delight levels.
Needs-based upselling of MarkMonitor and Clarivate products and services.
Manage large, complex corporate domain portfolios on behalf of clients.
Assist in performing manual verification of domains, screening for sensitivity and other concerns
Assist in performing real name verification (RNV) for domain contacts
Proactively lead special projects as directed by the business and leadership.
Act as a resource within the Client Services Organization while demonstrating a positive influence.
Support and backup other DPAs around the globe during business hours
Travel domestically to client offices to hold business reviews and presentations as needed
Collaborate with team members to solve ad-hoc and business problems
Role Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the domain name industry preferred or 2+ years corporate account management experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
Professional, positive, can-do approach

Excellent attention-to-detail and great time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate cross-departmentally and across global teams
Deadline-driven with prioritization skills
Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Generally tech-savvy with ability to describe technical terms and concepts
Must be a self-starter, team player and have the maturity and flexibility to both follow instructions and work independently
Demonstrate willingness to undertake projects outside the scope of the day-to-day tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to address complex and escalated customer service issues with senior clients
Project management skills are a plus
Willing to identify areas for improvement to enhance quality of service, productivity and profitability
Demonstrate willingness to undertake projects outside the scope of the day-to-day tasks.
