Job Summary:
- We are looking for an Employee Experience Partner with the primary role to create a great employee experience through the entire lifecycle of the employee.
- Meet employees in 1-1/group settings etc and understand their issues. These need to be resolved through active partnering with the group heads.
- Understand the appraisal process/templates & KPI/VGI of the department and make sure that the process is transparent and pay parity and performance-based increments are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end employee experience of one of the departments, like Product, Consulting, Sales, etc.
- Appraisal management including budget
- Employee connects post onboarding till exit
- Talent Management of the department
- Grievance handling
- Retention/Attrition Management
- Employee engagement through active stakeholder management
Desired experience:
- 7-13 years of experience in an HRBP role
