Chat Marketing Specialist

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

As a Chat Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be interacting with website visitors through an automated chat system. You will need to have a deep understanding of the website architecture, HighRadius’ products, services, and offerings. You should be able to have a real-time meaningful conversation with a website visitor based on outbound messaging or inbound requests. One of the most important aspects would include providing relevant information to the website visitors to generate high quality marketing leads (MQLs).

Essential duties of the position:

  • Understanding website visitor's profiles based on their past to present interaction on the website and other sources of information about the visitor
  • Responding to visitor's inbound sales queries
  • Sending outbound messages to the website visitors taking into account current website activity, past interactions, information on file, etc.
  • Ability to have meaningful process related conversations with a visitor to generate MQLs who are interested in a conversation with the sales team
  • Collaborating with other teams inside sales, direct sales, customer success, partners, and others based on the requirement
  • Analyzing visitor interactions to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Updating the chatbot's responses and knowledge base as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance

Desired requirements:

  • Graduation in any field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales/inside sales, non-voice customer service (through live chat), technical support, and related fields is preferred
  • Prior experience of working on sales chatbot platforms like Qualified, Drift etc. will be a huge plus
  • Digital and tech-savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to multitask and be comfortable using Salesforce CRM
  • Open to work in rotational shifts, 24X5 in a target-driven environment
