As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver the next generation of products. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you'll immerse yourself in various aspects of product development, including customer engagement, market research, user story and wireframe creation, and product lifecycle management. Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead the product lifecycle from strategy development to day-to-day management
Spearhead new feature development and product innovation, aligning with customer needs and market trends
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to successfully launch and scale new product lines
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
Engage with customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop user-centric ideas that enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
Craft user stories and tasks for development teams, and create wireframes for new product workflows
Organize management reviews and present progress reportsPerform additional duties as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Technical Product Management, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into software solutions
Aptitude for gathering and evaluating information from multiple sources to make informed decisions
Proficient at leading diverse teams of experts towards a common goal
Agility and adaptability in response to new information or changing circumstances
Persistence in driving challenging projects to successful customer adoption
Expertise in evaluating user interfaces and user flows for an optimal customer experience
Strategic vision to anticipate roadblocks and devise solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional presentation and leadership abilities

Recommended Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience as a Senior Product Manager at a technology or B2B SaaS company
Familiarity with Agile Software development practices
Data analytics experience
Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles
Strong understanding of current technology trends and emerging best practices
