IT Help Desk Technician

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our London team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose tech issues, in person and remotely, including help desk operations and deskside support
  • Take ownership of assigned tickets through the IT help desk, ensuring timely resolution and escalating to the Systems Administrator when necessary
  • Arranging repairing and replacing damaged computer, mobile, and any other IT infrastructure components as required
  • Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, including network and telephone systems
  • Work with the Systems Administrator to identify and implement solutions for software and hardware problems
  • Assist in identifying and resolving potential security breaches and vulnerability issues
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in a relevant Help Desk position
  • System administration experience
  • Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and/or Azure AD
  • Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities
